Keith Woolford Posted June 20, 2017 Share Posted June 20, 2017 (edited) A Public Ministry prosecutor ran a taxi off the road in a very busy area of Panama City (near Immigration) and shot the driver in the foot because he mistakenly thought he was stealing the cab. Keith Woolford Posted June 24, 2017 Author Share Posted June 24, 2017 (edited) A taxi driver armed with a large knife jumped out of his cab in the middle of David this afternoon to chase down and attempt to assault a pedestrian. It was all caught on video and after the Transit Authortity published the Plate number, the cab was located, seized, and the driver was arrested.
