MarieElaine
Does anyone know someone, Panamanian or not, who can notarize a document in English?
Keith Woolford
The Municipal Council Secretary can witness your signature.
MarieElaine
Where do I find him/her so I can ask about the service? If they notarize in English, I will not have to travel to Panama City.
Keith Woolford
The Municipal Council Secretary will witness your signature on your documents. The office is located across from the Ministerio de Salud clinic and Romero. The text on the rubber stamp is in Spanish. If you're insistent that it be in English, you'll have to try somewhere else, maybe the U.S. Consulate. MarieElaine
The notary needs to stamp in English I am told. If I am forced, I will have to take the bus to Panama City and get it done at the consulate.
