During the last year resources and methods have been sought to keep it operating for those depending on this source which for some was a nice souvenir photo, said the mayor Emigdio Walker Vasquez. In the last few days this Fountain has been the object of criticism, by some without knowledge of the disadvantages and enormous effort made by the administration and maintenance staff to keep this attractive, reiterated the boqueteno mayor. According to some residents of the district they have witnessed when visitors or Bboquetenos without conscience, deposited in this fountain different objects or debris because they didn't want to walk a little to deposit the trash in it's proper receptacle. Countless occasions it has been necessary to suspend the use or attraction of this fountain due to the irresponsibility of some visitors. In addition to those wastes or objects that are dumped to the fountain can cause severe damage to the operating system. On the morning of Wednesday, maintenance personnel, and aqueduct carried out filter cleaning, in the pools of the fountain in order to preserve this Boquete attraction.
