One of them Roberto Torres, told TVN that he made two calls to the Fire Service and in the end had to go personally to the Juon Díaz fire station, Major Juan de Arco said that firefighters received the alert at about 2:45 in the morning proceeding to extinguish the flames which consumed the two-story building.
