Unsolicited feedback, and personal opinion.

With all of these IT imports increasing dramatically, I would like to see a dramatic improvement (speed as well as reliability) of Internet access. Because of our involvement in running a website, we have two ISPs, and even between the two, this past weekend while trying to upload audio and video files (supporting BCP) was a painful experience. Two files alone took 12.5 hours. And we had a total of 22 files to upload. Ouch.
