I just moved and got the "new modem router" from Cable Onda and the wireless won't connect with any of my computers, but the computers all connect at a different wifi location. The third set of tecs just left after several hours and can't find what to do. Anyone else have this problem??? Buck

I know a fair amount about computers enough to know that he knows what he is doing. A friend and I had a good experience. I recommend him. Buck

Do what Judy said but also uninstall kb2952664 and kb3021917 if they are there when you uninstall kb3035583. (Put kb in front of the number when you search). If confused, I will do it for you. Buck
