Art Cafe $20 Five Course Mexican Dinner

Ready for a taste of Mexico?  Art Cafe is offering the Boquete Community five courses of an assortment of beloved Mexican favorites for the oh-so-affordable price of $20/per person.  

Appetizer:

Succulent Tortilla Soup created with a balanced blend of shredded chicken breast, zucchini squash, black beans, corn, tomatoes and spices; topped with a dollop of sour cream, cheese and crispy fried tortilla chips…so hard to resist.

Entrée: (includes all three!)

*  Golden Burrito Casserole: seasoned premium ground beef, refried beans, hot peppers, green chili, tomatoes, black olives and cheddar cheese layered with flour tortillas & garnished with cilantro…sure to melt in your mouth.

*   Gluten-Free Corn Tortilla Chicken Enchilada: delicious, free-range shredded chicken with green chili, cheese, and our hand-crafted white cream sauce. 

   *  Queso Blanco Cheese and Onion Enchilada smothered in a Red Chili Sauce. A real traditional treat.

All the above served with:

 Black Beans steeped in olive oil, leeks and jalapenos with a cilantro garnish and Mexican rice sautéed with homemade chicken stock, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, garlic and cumin in tomato sauce and cooked to perfection.  

Dessert:

A beautiful, rich Mexican Flan garnished with strawberries and mint.
