Hardest hit were Juan Díaz, Parque Lefevre, Las Cumbres, Pacora, RíoAbajo , Panama Viejo and Las Acacias. The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) reports that some 352 people were affected after their homes were hit by the overflow of the River Palomo due to sewer obstruction, falling trees, and some structural collapses.
