Large scale CableOnda service outages?

Still learning how to use Twitter, but if I am using and comprehending it correctly then it appears that CableOnda had large scale and long duration outages in eastern Panama (La Chorrera area?) on Tuesday, June 5th. I’m interrupting the tweets to say the outage to be from about 6:00am to 10:00pm. It is possible that service problems actually began six days earlier. (Oh how I wish that I could get my mind around these social media things. 140 characters just doesn't cut it for me; I need details.)
