Welcome to our beautiful casa with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean to the south and Volcan Baru to the north. 

Our European designed villa is completely furnished with custom-made furniture from high-quality woods. Our property sits on 1.2 acres of local flowers, fruit trees including oranges, bananas, mangos, papayas...  The bird watching is outstanding from our balcony and we are near the world-class bird watching national park of Chiriqui, Panama.

Buena Vista has the best climate in Panama (18-28D/64-82F year-round temperature) where the mountain air is cool and crisp without the need for heating or air conditioning.  You will enjoy a quiet and tranquil escape from the busy city life with the most spectacular sunset and bird watching from our balcony. We are situated on Via Volcan just 20 minutes to the highlands in Volcan and 20 minutes to the lowlands in Bugaba/La Concepcion, and 40 minutes to David International Airport/Costa Rican Border. 

Our neighbors are Americans, Canadians, Costa Rican, Swiss and a few locals who keep to themselves but are helpful when needed.

We are renting the main house with balcony and fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a ready-to-move-in condition. The US$850 rental includes everything with Internet, electricity (up to $20/month - costs less generally), hot water, monthly cleaner, grass cutting plus all the essentials to stay comfortably (sofas, TV, stove, refrigerator, shared washer, detergents, linens, cooking essentials, gas tanks...) Minimum 6 month's lease from May 1st. 

(There is also a furnished studio suite with own balcony and entrance with a mini-kitchen available for LONG term rental US$400/month + electricity starting immediately.)
