Does anyone know where the flowers for export are grown which are often sitting in large stacks of boxes by the COPA shipping gate at the Airport in David?

Years ago, I would have immediately suspected the Cerro Punta area, but there are so many invernaderos with controlled environments in the hills surrounding Boquete now that anywhere seems possible.

Bud and I experienced a necessary trip to downtown Boquete yesterday during the Feria. Noticed many cars parked in “interesting” positions and locations, plus several big buses stationed along the side roads. Crowded streets and scary driving.

Just a question: What about a parking lot outside of town and shuttle bus service into Boquete for Feria participants?

The Feria seems to enjoy big crowds each year and maybe we need a happier way to accommodate our visitors.
