Jiménez Airport took place on Friday, November 24, four years after its trumpeted inauguration by the Martinelli administration. A Caribbean Air Transport Company (Taeca), plane carrying five tons of chocolate took off for San Andrés, Colombia. Taeca received its certification by the Civil Aeronautics Authority (AAC) on November 16 and is the only company established at the airport.
