This rental house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, US styling with vaulted ceiling, laundry room, carport, and covered patio. It is located 200 meters southeast of the Terpel gas station in Alto Boquete. The house is in good condition and includes all appliances including gas stove and on-demand gas water heater.

 

Inside area is 1100 ft² and covered entry, carport and patio total 486 ft². It has burglar bars on all doors and windows and a rock fence that will hold a medium size dog with a remote control electric gate.

 

The former renter was using Cable and Wireless for internet with satisfactory results. Cable Onda may be available.

 

I would like the tenants to be responsible for yard maintenance and utility bills except I pay for water. I am asking $700 unfurnished and $900 with basic furniture and kitchen utensils. Pets and children are acceptable but may affect the rent I will be willing to accept. 

 

The lease term is negotiable ranging from 6 months to 1 year. I am not planning to sell the house in the foreseeable future so probably the lease could be extended indefinitely or on a month to month basis.

 

I would ask for the first month’s rent and a cleaning/damage deposit equal to the rent and forfeiture of the deposit if the lease is broken.
