Bonnie
I just learned from my colleague, Hank Landis, that Jim Seltzer died this morning in Hospital Regional. Hank and his wife have been in touch with Mr. Seltzer's daughter, who will be here early next week. That is all the information I have at this time. It is my understanding that Mr. Seltzer has been hospitalized for a number of days. Edited June 8, 2017 by Bonnie

He walked with a cane as a result of injuries sustained playing football for West Point. Jim was a great animal lover and his five pets will need new homes.
