Bonnie
I learned recently that most people don't realize that Casa de Cerdo, the pork house in David that had a small shop in Boquete for a while, sells its pork at the Tuesday market. I was devastated when the Boquete store closed (for lack of sufficient business) as I don't go to David very often. So this is a godsend. I got a rack of baby back ribs yesterday for $6.50 and four one-inch-thick pork chops for $7.50. I usually buy the tenderloin too, but I had one in the freezer. They had numerous other cuts as well. This is excellent pork at a more-then-fair price. Let's patronize this business and not let it get away. It's located next to Cajun Eric and his home-cooked food, on the terrace to the right as you enter the BCP.
