Keith Woolford Posted June 2, 2017 Share Posted June 2, 2017 The council of the Municipality of David has voted to prohibit the Municipalities of Dolega and Bugaba from continuing to bring their garbage to the David dump as of June 30th. Some of you may remember his videos of his trips by motorcycle around Panama and Chiriqui especially. One trip involved taking lunch to the people who live in the landfill in David.
