I have finally sold my house in the U.S.!!!!!  Because it is a cash deal, I need to notarize and witness the deed here in Panama,  Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do this here?  I then need to express mail it back and I am assuming I can do this through mail boxes.  Thanks for any help you can give me.

If they will accept a Panamanian notary (as the banks did when I sold my house stateside), you can find one in the Mayor's office. Should they insist on notarization by  U.S. notary, you will need to make an appointment with the U.S. embassy in PC and go there. It is the ONLY place where there is a U.S. notary.
