According to the first reports, the confiscation was achieved after receiving an alert of maritime traffic, so a follow-up operation giving with the finding of a cove in an island in the Gulf of Chiriquí. Staff of the Office of the Prosecutor of Drug proceeded to carry out the lifting of the alleged drugs that was inside of sacks and transferred to the headquarters of SENAN in Chiriqui.
