Keith Woolford Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 The municipalities of Dolega*, Bugaba, and Boqueron are in a dispute with the Municipality of David over some $34,000 in tipping fees for using their dump. * There has been a brand new compactor garbage truck sitting down at Dolega for at least 6 months which has not yet been used.
