Penny Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 The expat community's favorite taxi driver and all around entrepreneur, Danny Higgins is rumored to be considering opening a Chinese take out place in his new building directly across from the Handicap Foundation in Alto Boquete. Who would have guessed that Danny was a cook in a Chinese restaurant for many years in the states.Let's hope he goes through with this plan.
