Linda622 Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE TO ALL BCP MEMBERS: The annual election of BCP Council members will be held on Sunday, August 1st, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hex Room at the BCP complex. Nominations for Council positions are now being accepted by the current Vice President, Penny Barrett (pjbarrett@aol.com). Names must be submitted by July 19th. If you choose to nominate someone, you must obtain that person's concurrence in the nomination (i.e. don't surprise the person - in other words, nominees must agree to run before they are nominated). Please forward the names of current BCP members you would like to see elected to the Council. The positions of secretary, treasurer, and one member at large are open. The persons currently holding those positions are as follows: Secretary -- Charlotte Lentz Treasurer -- Carol Delonis Member at large -- Jim Wasson All of the persons currently holding these three positions have indicated they would be willing to continue serving in their respective positions. Nominations are being accepted immediately from BCP members until July 19. After the 19th, nominations will only be accepted from members attending the election meeting on August 1st.
