TwoSailors Posted May 12, 2016 Share Posted May 12, 2016 There is a lot of post here about Colibri. For a new restaurant I think it is on track to be very succesful. ( I was a former chef/restaurant hotel operations manager) The owners are caring and very attentive to their guest needs. Is it perfect? Not yet... give it time! MarieElaine Posted May 19, 2016 Share Posted May 19, 2016 (edited) I found their menu to be very diverse with lots of choices. They just announced they are having a happy hour with yummy munchies and tapas at very reasonable prices from 3 to 5 pm. They have daily specials and their soup and salads are generously proportioned. There are some issues regarding jubilado discounts but as stated by Two Sailors, they will get it together.
