They are still good as surge protectors. You can also recharge the battery or buy a replacement battery. Casa de Batterias in David will replace your battery for about $26. You can order a generic replacement on the internet for $8.33 plus shipping. If you purchase the unit new it will cost you about $42 plus tax (and/or shipping).
