When asked about the amount of the transaction, Barcenas preferred not to give details of the investment made. Barcenas added that "... The truth is that the acquisition became quite natural, because we had many similarities. They had many good qualities and we had others; and obviously, it was the mixture of everything that led us to take the step we are taking."
