Uncle Doug Posted December 3, 2019 Share Posted December 3, 2019 Nuclear weapons have been around now for more than 70 years. I would argue very strongly that the only reason the USSR and the USA did not fight each other in a land war is because both sides possessed nuclear weapons. And they are probably preventing a war between India and Pakistan. In any event, you are not going to put the genie back in the bottle and forget how to make them.
