It's been tested by the Handicap Foundation and can be seen at their location across from Chopsticks Chinese restaurant. The model number is HCM070LA. It comes with the manual. The inside is clean; the top has rust. Priced to sell at only $50. Come by and get it. Office hours are 9-4 Monday-Friday.
