The country with the largest investment is Panama, with nearly $298 million in construction projects dedicated to medical services, corresponding to five environmental impact studies submitted between January and June 2018.

Seven EIAs were presented in Costa Rica, which together total an investment of approximately $222 million. The outstanding construction is the " Hospital Monseñor Victor Manuel Sanabria de Puntarenas."

In Nicaragua, three hospital projects are expected to require an investment of around $206 million. In Honduras, three buildings will be built to provide medical care, for which $35 million will be invested.
