The entity that belongs to the Central American Integration System (SICA) arrives in Panama City as part of the agreements made by both the Ministry of the Presidency and the General Administrative Office DIGECA), in order to recover and strengthen the commercial activity of the country. Alexander López, director of the ICAP, declared to EFE: "for our offer in Panama we have created a program according to the needs of the Panamanian and regional market, which optimizes regional leadership, strengthens alliances with SICA countries and contributes with a modern vision of the public function".
