Public Ministry Holds Information Meeting  in the district of Dolega

Residents of the district of Dolega in the province of Chiriquí participated recently in a day of orientation that the Public Ministry through the Municipal Personería developed expanding aspects on the operation of the institution.

The day was in charge of the personero Héctor García and the coordinator of OISPA Stephanie Reyes who explained to those present the generalities of the Accusatory Penal System, the alternative methods of resolution of conflicts, the forms of apprehension and other generalities.

The important thing is for the community to know what the procedure is in the face of the occurrence of a crime within their community, so that the authorities can act in a timely manner and apply the sanctions to those who are responsible for it.

Ministerio Público orienta a residentes en el distrito de Dolega

Residentes del distrito de Dolega en la provincia de Chiriquí participaron en días pasados, de una jornada de orientación que el Ministerio Público a través de la Personería Municipal desarrolló ampliando aspectos sobre del funcionamiento de la institución.

La jornada estuvo a cargo del personero Héctor García y la coordinadora de OISPA Stephanie Reyes quienes explicaron a los presentes las generalidades del Sistema Penal Acusatorio, como lo son los métodos alternos de resolución de conflictos, las formas de aprehensión y demás generalidades.

Lo importante es que la comunidad conozca cual es el proceder ante la concurrencia de un delito dentro de su comunidad, a fin de que las autoridades puedan actuar oportunamente y aplicar las sanciones a quienes resulten responsables de ello.
