We requested a few dishes in advance and they were excellent. She makes great ceviche if you let her know ahead of time. The Casa Cocktail is yum. Great pool and awesome beach. It is a very tropical location that is a bit remote and rustic and funky but clean. There is no hot water but not a big deal. Peace and quiet with the sounds of the birds. and waves crashing on the shore.
