According to expert evidence and witnesses on Friday, November 30, 2012, the 18-year- old student left the Universidad Latina, where she was studying law, with her boyfriend Rolando Samudio, after 8:00 p.m. Her body was found in Boquerón, near the road leading to Cerro Colorado. Forensic investigations revealed. That she died of a sharp cut to the clavicle, in addition, she had injuries to her body, skull, and hands. Guerra was murdered in 2012, in Ojo de Agua, Chiriquí. Álvaro Samudio, the uncle of Rolando Samudio, was sentenced to eight years in prison. Surgical removal of all her organs except her liver were what was found at the scene. Prosecutors asked for 13 yrs ore and that should have been what they received bottom line.
