He had been busted a few days earlier with 836 kilos of cocaine. The Judge at his preliminary hearing released the guy with conditions. The Prosecutor is appealing immediately. Do the math on 836 kilos using a NY street price of maybe $80 per gram (I looked that up on the internet). Probably more because it gets mixed with cheaper substances before it goes out to consumers.
