  1. Hello... We are a US (husband) and Panamanian (wife) couple. My wife is from David. I am from the states. Both of us are college educated, quiet, and kind. We have recently returned to Panama after spending the last 4 years in the U.S.. Before going to the states, we had lived together for 4 years, in Panama. We have been married for 8 years. We have been vacationing at Villa Davina, in Gariche (near the Panama / C.R. border), for a bit more than a month, now.Wherever we land, we MUST have access to reliable high speed internet. We are interested in house sitting, or paying a regular (typical Panamanian style) rent for a home to stay in, for several months to a year. We basically would only need a one bedroom unit, or efficiency, but could keep your larger home clean for you while you are gone. We would treat your home like the best tenants that you have ever had. We would like a QUIET place to settle in for a few months or more, before we look into buying, in the Chiriqui area. We do not smoke or drink, and do not use drugs. I am allergic to pets, so that we cannot live with any, or live in a house that has pet dander. Our first choices would be in an area above Dolega, on the way to Boquete, or in the cooler areas (above Bugaba) on the way to Volcan, or even possibly in Puerto Armuellas. We are open to most areas in Chiriqui, but would rather not live right in the cities of David, or Concepcion. Wherever we wind up, we MUST have access to reliable high speed internet.Husband (52 y.o.) will be working from the computer, from home, for about 20 -25 hours a week.Wife (45 y.o.) will be looking for a job in David, Bugaba, or Puerto., but most probably David. She is a computer programmer. The good news is that someone would basically be in your home 90%, or more, of the each day.The only guest that we would entertain is our 25 y.o. daughter, from Panama. She might visit for a weekend, once every two months, or so.If you do not have anything for us, please let a friend know.Thank you. Dougsebayfolder@yahoo.com
