  1. Reap the rewards of investing in the only North American owned gated community in the city of David of just 21 units. Residents find the location convenient, making it not necessary to own a car. This condo is unique in its location facing north. It gets very little sun in the morning, but plenty of light and is out of the sun completely in the afternoon making the front deck breezy and cool compared to other condos in the complex. When you walk in the first thing you will notice is the high ceilings and open airy feel. There ceiling fans and air conditioners in each room for when the breezes just don’t keep you cool enough. All windows in the condo have well-made screens. The condo fees of $113.00 a month cover maintenance of all exterior walls and roofs of the condo, grounds maintenance, garbage collection, water usage and other mutually shared fees such as pool lights, running the pool pumps, insurance, pool maintenance and administration of the complex.
