  1. Looks like you killed a Milk Snake which eats rodents and other snakes. If you see a large black snake be sure to kill that too...its main diet is the Fer de Lance. I would recommend if you're going to live here in Panama, learn the good snakes from the bad snakes.
  2. THE BEST BUY IN HACIENDA LOS MOLINOS House #32 - Phase 1 Built in 2007, you’re welcomed into this popular “Rioja”, 214 mtr2 (2303 sf) model through an enclosed garden entry. The home features an open floor plan with a wood burning fireplace in the great room and a chef friendly kitchen that includes a new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new tiled counter tops, and new range hood for the gas stove. Wood trim upgrades throughout. Each of the two spacious master suites include new split A/C units and feature a large “walk-in” closet with plenty of storage and stone accent showers w/bench in the bathrooms. This model also includes a private office or small bedroom and large utility room with sink. For entertaining or relaxing, the large, (330 sq.ft.) covered rear terrace with cedar ceiling, features a 1/2 bath and a separate, 150 sq.ft. custom Bohio with stone fireplace. And...the view is incredible! Bordered on the West and South sides by green area, this 1343 mtr2 (14460 sf) lot has a magnificent view with great privacy. The “never ending” back yard overlooks the phase 1 lake system with pathways, bridges “wishing well” and security lighting.
