So...does anyone have any information in how one can register if we do not have a cedula, just a Carnet? Neither Carnet nor passport is acceptable as ID.

Thank you very much for your response. When I clicked on the link to DS-82, it came up with a different form format with no numbered items. When I did a search for DS-82 01-2017, it showed a form which could not be filled out on line. Don't know why the difference. For mailing address, I hope it's OK to use the Box Shop in David, since I don't have one. Does DHL then deliver my passport to the listed mailing address (i.e. the Box Shop)? TIA for your response.

I'm a bit confused. I see no Block #8 or Block #18 on Form DS-82. Where would these be?

My best friend has gone missing. He's a pure white short-haired cat with a patch of tabby on the right side of his face and the last half of his tail. He also has one green eye and one blue eye -- gorgeous! He has been an exclusively indoor cat, but somehow disappeared 2 days ago from our home in Jaramillo a few hundred yards from Lee Zeltzer's old home. If any info, please message me on this forum.
