Where is this?
-
What is that little animal?

Important that you do NOT take the left going down into Gualaca. Quite a ways after Mountana de Caldera development there is a "Y" in the road. Right there you go right. Now you are the road that goes over the dam. Stay on that road. Takes you right there to Gualaca. IF you go down the steep hill towards Caldera town...you missed the "Y" in the road.

Gualaca. Go towards Caldera. Go over the mini dam and keep going. Nice country road. You will reach a little cowboy town called Gualaca ( first town you actually go through). Stop by the grocery store and buy your picnic items ( crackers to feed the little fish). Proceed on that road you were on and just past the stadium on your left is a big billboard sign with the name Cangelones park on it. Turn left there...proceed to the parking area. Great spot !!! Take folding chairs and a good book.

I first met Dawns father in that nursing home in 2003...so it's been 12 years of communication without a face to face meeting. They may well decide to drop anchor and rest in Bocas with occasional trips back to Alaska where they called home. Unreal relationship and I feel mighty blessed for it !

Thanks JoJo you're cool too !

ha ha...yah brakes. (laughing !)
Sudden stop and resulting leaking gas + spark =a bad break
-
I salute you Hil. Thanks for those years of service. The greatest thing...you're still here to tell the tales.
-
OK Hil...tell us the story on this one.
-
Could be heavy if he has to slam on his breaks.....
-
( laughing out loud !!!) Wow.....unreal. I assume he's not a smoker....( OK, so I'm still doubled over laughing)
-
Hil....what is this rig?
-
OK...I give. What's up with this?

Judy...we received a call from a family down in David. "I think it would be too hot for her down there"....is what we told them. The thought of giving her up made us both pretty sad. To be honest, I think at this point our connection to this dog is too strong to be able to give her up. I can safely say you can take her off the adoption post there Judy. Bill and I want to thank all of you for your support........what a fantastic group of folks you are !!!!

Yah Judy...methinks she's ours. She's the child and the dog we never had. Two old dogs (Bill and I ) are learning some new tricks from this sweet thing that landed on our doorstep. ! (...uhhh that would be cooking gourmet dog food served on a silver platter ......we're hooked)

Well she is a special dog, sweet, polite and behaves. She is excellent on a leash and in a crowd. Very loving. There has to be an owner who misses her and for that reason Judy I'd leave the post there. She LOVES a car ride. Who knows but she may have hopped into a car and found herself in another galaxy...beats me. We absolutely love her . She naps in the afternoon and is on a nightwatch during the night. Unless there is a storm she stays outside. We have had her examined for heart worms and general health. She has all her shots, flea tick and parasite treatment, and is spade. Her age is about 3 yr old. She weighs 45 lb and is a smal/medium sized dog. Flossy is what we call her. If somebody claimed her...yes, we would be very sad. Downside: she hates dogfood. I am wrapped around her finger and am her gourmet chef. Smart dog!
Alison Oh...she's crazy about the river. Fishing and bird hunting keep her flying up and don the river for hours. Hard to un-glue her
It's Christams....trust me the reindeer horns look great on you !

ha ha...took me awhile to get it.
I can't type with all my fingers....beats me how the youngsters can type on their wee little phones with their thumbs...
