  3. I hope that he GETS what he deserves while being detained here in Panama. This POS gives all Expats a bad name and makes us look even worse in the eyes of the Panamanians.
  4. We had the first good rain of the season on Tuesday, 09 APR, 2019 and the power went off for about 7 hours or so in Volcancito Village. It came back on eventually, but went back off around 24:30 (after midnight) or so. Went to bed and it was still off when we got up at 06:30 ....... it just came on at 09:45 on 10 APR, 2019. Now, I am not a cry baby and we can easily adapt - we have a generator, but most folks around here don't. Has anyone heard anything as to WHY there was such a long outage?

  8. Thank you "JohnF13" for your response and information .... I really appreciate it. It doesn't appear that anyone on this Forum living in the Boquete vicinity knows where to pay their water/trash bills or else they chose not to offer assistance. A couple of people on another forum did, so I will share that information as it may prove to be helpful to others on this site ..... as it was told to me, you may pay your bill at the Municipal Building in town (Boquete). Thanks, Brian

  21. I'm sorry ..... some J.A. one Boquete.ning saw the video on YouTube ..... then claimed it was because the drivers were "old" ... "expats". I couldn't bite my tongue, had to respond to him. Sure there there is a problem with ALL drivers (expats and Panamanians), but don't blame this one on "Bud"
