Based on the master practice of Sri Dharma Mittra, teacher of teachers, with over 50 years of practice. Student of the last master of all forms of yoga, Swami Kaliashananda also known as Yogi Gupta,
Sri Dharma created this practice to build strength while simultaneously opening the body. This practice is offered with adaptations for all levels of student, from beginner to devoted practitioner.

Sunday morning yoga eases students into the flow of the day through gentle and conscious movements, emphasizing learning to listen to the body. This practice is intuitively adapted to the needs of the students, with each day creating something new and embracing the gifts of the day. Conscious relaxation at the end of the asana practice includes the optional use of chakra opening essential oils and gentle massage. Please indicate if you wish to opt out of the oils and/or massage.
Great for all levels of yoga student!

Butterfly yin yoga is a traditional Hatha based practice, woven intuitively and practiced slowly with intention and mindfulness. Focused on opening the body to release tension and stress – all while surrounded by the last flight of the day of the butterflies. This practice is accessible to all levels of student.
