Friday meeting at 8:30 A.M. leaving 8:35 from the parking lot of Plaza San Francisco, driving a short distance in the Alto Boquete to the trailhead to begin our nature walk. Beautiful meadow, perfect view of Volcan Baru and some cute streams along the way.
Pack rain gear. Include in that pack water, binocs, camera and remember your hiking sticks. Wear hiking shoes or gym shoes with good outer sole treads.
