Ongoing Pilates Classes for all levels in the beautiful exercise/yoga studio at the Haven. Standing and Mat format using props; including stretchy bands, magic circles, different size balls, yoga mats and light hand weights. Improve overall, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance. Become more body aware especially regarding your posture. Strengthen your core. Let go of tension. Become more balanced and fit and improve your ability to balance.
And most Importantly- Have a great time learning the correct way to move your body! Pilates- a super intelligent exercise system, especially appropriate for us as we age as it's anatomically correct and symmetrical.,emphasizing precision of form.
Classes- $8 each, 4 for$30, or $72 for unlimited classes in a month. Taught by Susan Clare, with Instructor Certifications in both Pilates and Yoga & over 25 years teaching experience.
