Tuesday, July 17 ā Bud Huber and Marcelyn Jandreau traveled the Silk Road in Central Asia earlier this year when they visited Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. They took many photos, and will share their adventure with us. The Silk Road was an ancient network of trade routes that connected the East and the West. It was central to cultural and commercial interaction between them for centuries. Bud and Marcelyn actually walked along some of the same paths that Alexander the Great, Marco Polo, Amir Timur, and Genghis Khan traveled many centuries ago.
